Community Program Coordinator
Support daily operations for learning centers and community programs, including local staff coordination, activity scheduling, basic material procurement, student participation tracking, and implementation updates.
Academic Department & Publishing Assistant
Support APYCF's academic journals and publishing projects by assisting with manuscript screening, editorial communication, reviewer coordination, author correspondence, issue preparation, website updates, and basic publication records.
Community Health & Child Development Volunteer
Support growth monitoring, nutrition awareness, maternal health education, hygiene promotion, basic health record keeping, and community outreach or support activities.
HR & Volunteer Management Coordinator
Coordinate volunteer recruitment, screening, onboarding, role matching, scheduling, records, and handovers while supporting codes of conduct, child protection requirements, and basic compliance processes.
Monitoring, Evaluation & Data Assistant
Help build basic monitoring frameworks, organize attendance, learning progress, activity feedback, and health program data, and prepare quarterly outcome reports.
Grant Writing & Fundraising Assistant
Research potential funders and assist with grant applications, project descriptions, budget narratives, and impact reports that support learning centers, education materials, child health projects, and youth development activities.
